This home has focused on the quality of care and compassion for its residents. The residents smile and are active in their home. While it may not be the newest facility, I constantly hear that it is the one that has the most caring staff.

Proud to be part of this family. What a difference the staff has made this last year. The culture is like its never been! Being able to experience the changes and movement that is taking place has exceeded my career expectations. Really excited for future residents and staff to come enjoy our team.

We all know that SNF are easy to take jabs at but FCHCC really does go out of its way to set itself apart from the herd. It is a clean facility that has very organized management and professional staff. The OT/PT are truly worth trusting for your rehabilitation process. I truly do believe that FCHCC holds resident rights in the highest regard, which is quite transparent in the way resident's handle themselves within the facility. If you have an issues with what is going on within the facility the staff/management is quick to respond to the said concern. The staff at FCHCC really makes the facility worth being a resident of. They will take the best care of their resident's that they possibly can and go out of their way to do as much. If you ever are in the market for an SNF, go FCHCC!

Staff real friendly. Real clean. Good therapy. Food is good. Much nicer than previous rehabs..
